Thread: Which game console should i buy?

Recently i was thinking about buying a new game console. Right now i have PS2 which is getting old. Should I get XB360 or PS3 or the WII? And what the heck is blue ray anyways?

xbox deffo! i think the ps3 is just too jumped up and while the wii is good for a laugh, i just prefer the xbox.

and bluray is another jumped up dvd whats the point i miss vcr lol

It really depends on your style. I like variety in my play, so I just got a newer PS2. PS3 has alot of sequels to the PS2 series if your into that, but not much for new material. XBOX (including the 360) is real action oriented system, but not too good for roleplayers. The Wii is good if your the fun-u-tainment type, but terrible in the action department. I let you decide from here.

I would say get a 360, but I'm getting rid of mine soon.

I really don't know your personality but if you like hands on action,
for say playing zelda with a real crossbow get the wii if you are like me and like
games like the darkness and bioshock and guitar hero and rockband get xbox 360
most of the time you can get free game updates with xbox live too.
