In this isolation going on with everything shut and closed there are no distractions in the day I'm okay I have things to do and the sun is shining and time passes fairly quickly but with this isolation at night with the gym not being open I can't go and distract myself so I find myself with all my demons and things I battle in my mind in new waters right now it's incredibly hard I don't know what to do and I am struggling I am learning just how much I was using distractions to run away from my mind I've just realised many years after my grandparents passing and a year after my nonnos passing that I need greiving counselling right now I feel stuck because there's nothing to do no distractions and I feel there's nothing to do but fight my mind head on in new ways I don't know how for the first time in years and it scares me so dam much
